Supporting literacy The UDL Rotary Club joins forces with the Upper Darby School District teachers each autumn and spring by meeting and giving young readers a book bag, a couple of books and a reading buddy (a small stuffed animal) to encourage children to read more. Rotarians join a teacher and visits the children in their home. |
improving the environmentThe UDL Rotary Club and their community partners clean up parks and playgrounds in the area in an effort to have residents enjoy the space and to clean up after themselves. Keep Upper Darby and Lansdowne Beautiful! |
